honestly, i think it's desperate and unrealistic. I mean honestly, she's selling a CHANCE at marrying her? i mean, if she was that amazing that she's selling a chance, she wouldn't have to advertise herself that way. honestly, it seems desperate and i doubt anything will come out of it. at least not anything substantial. I don't think men wil ltake that seriously.

I have stated before that the real estate market maybe cold, but it is not that cold that there are not credit worthy and mortgageable people who are ready to sale, and purchase a property. I have seen two extremes where houses may have sold in 90 days before, may take 180 days. Then I have seen houses go on the market and in one week they are under contract and in three weeks they have sold and the new owners are barbequing on their patio.

If prospective homebuyers have their mortgage in hand, and they are using reputable banks, without ARMs or interest only loans they are playing a safe hand in going into their home purchase. IMHO the ARMs and interest only loans are the loans that got people in trouble with foreclosures.
The loan officers have to be honest and tell the buyer the reality of these types of loans.

A goodly cause is the subprime mortgage meltdown. These banks heavily invested in these mortgage packages, and also were playing heavily with derivatives in the stock market. It's very complex, but their investment managers made a whole slew of bad investments.

I think that this essay has the potential to be GREAT is it a Narrative?
There are a few issues that you should work on. It doesn't have great flow. I suggest reading it out loud to yourself and see how you feel about it. Cut out the things that just don't seem very important. Also make sure you are using the same tense through the entire essay.

post this again after you make these few revisions and i bet it will be GREAT

Seems double taxation to me. We pay taxes on Gas, the more we drive the more taxes we pay on Gas.
However if they get us off Gas, they are probably trying to find a waay to continue that revenue. Maybe that is the logic behind this non sense.
