Does it drive anyone else crazy when people in the politics section answer?Obama won get over it.
Well maybe not drive you crazy but, does it irritate you.
Submlimn you may be onto something a lot of people on here do ask for it with things like Kenya and what not.
Privacy N, that is true in most case I agree. But I have asked serious questions about policies and get this answer.
Ok, heres what you do: Tell them that their suggested punishment does not fit the crime. Threaten to take legal recourse if they proceed any further with this.
The first thing is that stink bombs really aren't that bad. Also it's important for you to remember that even though you didn't set it off, distributing it is just as bad if not worse that if you did. (its just like drugs in this matter).
When you were caught you were fully cooperative by disclosing everyone involved, that counts for ALOT.
Plus you were already suspended, for for two weeks!! Even that is a little gratuitous. You being arrested is entirely unnecessary, and you may actually have some legal ground on that alone!
At present it's very important for you to get the school charter or school rules and look this up. See what it says about stink bombs or something like it (assuming that theres anything at all), and also what the punishment is.
Basically: This school is without warrant in much of its actions. If this goes any further, call the school board and an attorney. Who knows, you could score some money out of this..
